Home Campus will be used for all athletic forms and clearances.

All Athletes playing a sport at H. Allen Hight must create an account at www.athleticclearance.com. Each parent/guardian must fill out all information, sign, and complete all required reading/forms. A physical form will need to be uploaded. Athletes will be cleared following completion by the Athletic Director. Please read the information completely, including the Student-Athlete Clearance Packet and Student-Athlete Handbook, and feel free to contact Athletic Director Lorraine Orosco at (916) 567-5700 or should you have any questions or concerns.
